Before I started dental school, I wanted to start a blog that would serve as a space to archive the next four years. Though I wanted to incorporate life as a dental student to some degree, I primarily wanted to delve into photography, post original poetry/recommendations (music, books, the like) and write about cool design products/architecture I've recently stumbled upon.
Last semester was quite hectic because of personal reasons, but I'm determined to start this year with the goal of posting at least once a week. I'm very keen on not getting too overwhelmed with academics and maintaining a balance between school + "fun" creative endeavors, so I'm determined to maintain this blog.
To start things off, I thought I'd share some of my favorite photos from this past summer.
I feel most content when I'm traveling, wandering around the airport alone or in a car, winding down a highway for hours. The brief moment before a trip officially begins, when you're not quite sure what to expect but are certain that you will enjoy wherever you're about to go - this is one of the very few moments when I'm completely at ease.
